Fast, Honest Roof Repair in San Antonio
Most roof repair calls in San Antonio start the same way: a brown ring on a ceiling, a drip during the first real rain after a storm, or a neighbor mentioning that half the street is getting roofs replaced. The right response is not automatically a new roof. Sometimes it is a straightforward flashing fix, and a contractor who tells you that is worth keeping.
We inspect first and diagnose honestly. If a repair solves it, we repair it. If the roof is past the point where repairs make financial sense, we show you the photos and explain why. As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we can do either — which means we have no reason to push you toward the expensive answer.

Common Roof Repairs We Handle
Active leaks — traced to the actual entry point, which is frequently nowhere near the stain on your ceiling.
Missing, cracked, or lifted shingles — after wind events.
Hail damage — bruised mat and granule loss, documented for insurance.
Flashing failures — chimneys, wall intersections, skylights, and roof-to-wall transitions, which cause a large share of the leaks we find.
Pipe boot deterioration — cracked rubber collars around plumbing vents, one of the most common leak sources on Texas roofs.
Valley leaks — where two roof planes meet and water volume concentrates.
Decking repair — rotted or soft sheathing replaced before new material goes down.
Ventilation repairs — damaged turbines, ridge vent, and static vents.
Skylight leaks and reseals.
Emergency tarping — to stop water intrusion immediately while a permanent repair is scheduled.
Gutter and drainage issues contributing to fascia and soffit rot.

How Our Roof Repair Service Works
1. Call us at (210) 504-5670. We take roof repair calls during business hours and prioritize active leaks for same-day response whenever the schedule allows.
2. Free inspection. We get on the roof and into the attic where access allows, photograph everything, and find the actual source rather than the nearest suspect.
3. Clear findings and a written estimate. You see the photos and get transparent pricing before any work starts. No pressure toward a replacement you don't need.
4. Insurance documentation, if the damage is storm-related. We document for the claim and can meet your adjuster on site.
5. Repair. Most repairs are completed in a single visit, and the site is cleaned and swept magnetically for nails.
6. Warranty. Every repair we complete is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty.

When to Call for Roof Repair in San Antonio
After any hail event. Bexar County sits in hail alley, and spring storms roll through most years between March and June. Hail damage often is not visible from the ground — bruising in the shingle mat is invisible from your driveway but shortens the roof's remaining life and is claimable. If your street took hail, get an inspection while the event is recent enough to be documented.
After high winds. Straight-line winds ahead of a storm front lift shingles whose seal strip never fully bonded. A single missing shingle is not an emergency, but the exposed area beneath it becomes one during the next rain.
When you see a ceiling stain. Water travels along decking and rafters before it drops, so the stain is downhill of the real problem, sometimes by many feet. This is why patching the spot above the stain is usually the wrong repair.
Don't ignore a small leak. In San Antonio's summer humidity, water inside a wall cavity becomes a mold and drywall problem within days and a structural problem within weeks. A small roof repair delayed six months routinely becomes a full restoration job.

Roof Repair in San Antonio: FAQs
How fast can you get out here?
We handle roof repair calls during business hours and prioritize active leaks, often getting out the same day. We are not a 24-hour emergency service, so if a leak starts overnight, put a bucket under it and call us first thing at (210) 504-5670.
How much does a roof repair cost in San Antonio?
Most roof repairs fall between $400 and $1,500. A pipe boot replacement or a resealed vent sits at the low end. Rotted decking, structural work, or a complex flashing rebuild runs $1,500 to $3,500 or more. You get a written estimate after the inspection, so you know the number before we start.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect and document at no cost, and we will tell you if the roof does not need work.
Should I repair or replace?
If the roof has meaningful life left and the damage is localized, repair. If it is near end of life, has widespread hail bruising, or has already been repaired repeatedly, replacement is the better use of your money. We will show you the evidence either way — see our Premium Roofing page for replacement.
Will filing a claim raise my rates?
That is between you and your carrier and depends on your policy and claim history. What we can do is document the damage thoroughly so that if you do file, the claim is supported by evidence. Our Disaster Restoration team handles storm claims year-round.
Do you repair roofs you didn't install?
Yes.
Do you warranty your repairs?
Yes. Every roof repair in San Antonio we complete is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty. If the same problem comes back within that window, we come back and fix it.
What areas do you serve?
We are headquartered in San Antonio and serve the surrounding communities, including Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Boerne, Helotes, New Braunfels, Schertz, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, and Spring Branch.

Ivan was the estimator who came out to perform the survey of our house and write up the estimate. He arrived exactly at our appointment time and went over everything that I needed to have remodeled and repaired in our kitchen and bathroom.
From there, we met at their business to discuss the finer details of the estimate. We picked out flooring, cabinets, and countertops for the kitchen as well as discussed some of our additional options that were available. We received a written copy of the estimate for my wife and I to discuss over the weekend.
Afterwards, I was in regular contact with Ivan via email and text. He was extremely gracious in answering any questions I had and recommending the right services that I needed for our kitchen and bathroom.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs remodeling or renovations. Their professionalism and constant communication made the entire experience easy. Hopefully we can do business together again soon!

Thanks guys!
My son shared with me that he has used AR for quite a bit of major remodeling in his house and was quite pleased with them. I called them and Adam called the next morning. He promised that he would get a plumber to work on the shower. They showed up the next morning. They came up with the solution and promised to return the next morning after acquiring the needed parts, came the next morning and by mid afternoon, the shower was as good as new.
In the meantime, I had mentioned to Adam that our AC had failed. He volunteered to look into it. The next morning, Adam called with a quote and supplier who could get the equipment and have his crew our 1st thing the next morning. They showed up and by mid-afternoon, the house was comfortably cool.
Another thing I want to add, that everyone Adam sent to us, was courteous, knowledgeable and neat. Not only was the job done and done well, but the house was as clean and neat as it was before they came, (if not neater).
So in the time from initial contact with Adam on Tuesday to mid-afternoon on Friday, our house was back in tip-top shape. Our guests arrived on Sunday and we had a wonderful, cool, comfortable 3 days with them.
If I could give AR 6 or 10 stars instead of 5, I would.
