If it is urgent — storm damage, an active leak, water intrusion — call us directly during business hours and we will get someone out same or next business day.
About your budget
Your project budget is a planning estimate to help you make decisions about scope and finishes. We base it on the photos and description you send and on recent AR projects in San Antonio. It is not a bid, an offer or a contract, and your exact price will vary from the budget amount.
If the budget works for you, the next step is a site visit, where we measure, check existing conditions and confirm your selections. After the site visit we provide a detailed, to-the-penny construction contract. Only that signed contract sets the price and scope of your project.
Photos cannot show everything. A budget does not include conditions we find on site, such as water damage, rot, mold, foundation movement, or wiring and plumbing that must be brought up to current code, and it assumes standard selections unless you tell us otherwise.
