This Privacy Policy explains what information AR General Contracting, doing business as AR: Construct – Roof – Restore (“AR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects when you visit argctexas.com or contact us through this site, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We are a residential design-build, remodeling, roofing, and restoration contractor serving the greater San Antonio, Texas area.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Our contact form asks for your name and mobile phone number, and gives you the option to describe your project and to upload photos, plans, or other files. We collect only what you choose to type or attach. Please do not upload documents containing Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers — we do not need them and do not want them.
If you call or text the number listed on this site, we will have your phone number and whatever you tell us during that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of those visits. This comes from our web server logs, our security software, and the analytics tools described below.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses the following Google services:
- Google Analytics 4 — measures how visitors find and move through the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us which advertisements led to a contact. This includes Enhanced Conversions: when you submit our contact form, the phone number you provided may be converted into an irreversible hashed value and sent to Google so it can be matched against Google account data to attribute the conversion. Google receives the hashed value, not the phone number itself.
- Google Site Kit / Search Console — reports how the site performs in Google Search.
These services set cookies and similar identifiers. Google’s own handling of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy and business.safety.google/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on, and you can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
We also display customer reviews on this site through a widget that loads review content associated with our Google Business Profile.
How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your mobile number through our contact form, you are asking us to get in touch, and you agree that we may call or send you text messages about your project and your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us so. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it:
- JobTread — our construction management and CRM platform. Contact form submissions, including any files you upload, are delivered into JobTread.
- Google — analytics, advertising measurement, and search performance, as described above.
- Nexcess (Liquid Web) — our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
- Our email delivery provider — sends and logs transactional email from the site.
- Subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and insurers — where necessary to perform work you have hired us to do.
- Legal and professional advisors, and government authorities where we are required by law to disclose information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them to keep the site working correctly, to remember accessibility preferences, and for the analytics and advertising measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterward for as long as we need them for warranty, legal, insurance, and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention period set in Google Analytics. Server and security logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You may ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law — including, for Texas residents, rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will honor these requests regardless of whether we are legally required to, subject to verifying your identity and to any records we must keep by law.
